Aly will be co-starring in the up-coming movie “Bandslam” with Vanessa Hudgens. This movie will be premiering July 2009. It’s basically a battle of the bands kinda thing. Aly’s charecter is Charolette Banks.

The CD, titled All Wrapped Up is available exclusively at Target and features the Jonas Brothers performing Joyful Kings, Miley Cyrus performing Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town; the Plain White T’s singing Christmas Won’t be the Same Without You, Jordan Pruitt performing Celebrate Love; Aly & AJ performing Greatest Time of the Year; Marie Digby singing Bring Me Love and Wonderful Christmas Time written by Sir Paul McCartney and performed by Demi Lovato.

If their is anyone who doesn’t know, there is a Disney Channel Christmas CD and Aly and Aj are in it. The sing the song From their Christmas Cd (Acustic Hearts Of Winter) “Greatest Time Of Year”. The cd is great and has so many disney faces that are farmilliar to everyone. (Hannah Montana, Aly and Aj, Jonas Brothers, Ashley Tisdale, and many more. This is a great CD for anyone. So if you are intrested, Christmas is comin soon!

Aly & AJ Adventure is based on the lives of the incredibly successful actress/singer/songwriter sisters. In it you get to tour with them acting as their roadie but is all a little too much hard work rather than fun?

Zac Efron celebrated his 21st birthday party at Pace in Hollywood on Saturday.
HSM pals Vanessa Hudgens, Monique Coleman and Ashley Tisdale (with boyfriend Jared Murillo) were around to celebrate. Zac’s Hairspray friends Brittany Snow and Amanda Bynes also came out to celebrate.
Pals Aly & AJ Michalka and Michelle Trachtenberg also attended the big birthday bash. After Pace, they took the party to Chateau Marmont.
Looks like Zac received a lot of alcohol for his birthday–Ketel One Vodka, Jack Daniels Whiskey and Grey Goose Vodka.
On Tuesday, the cast of High School Musical 3 will dance their way onto the TRL studio to share what Senior Year is like. On Wednesday, don’t miss Zac on ABC’s Good Morning America. The HSM3 cast will also guest on CBS’s The Early Show on Friday.

Los Angeles, CA – After much anticipation, the long awaited debut of the Aly & AJ video game guitar controllers is set for October 11. The pop teen sensations partnered with Performance Designed Products (PDP) to launch a line of video game accessories geared for female gaming enthusiasts.
The Girl Guitars will launch during a PDP-sponsored event featuring Aly & AJ at the GameStop at Universal City Walk. The sisters will be on hand to judge the top three finalists in a Rock Band Battle of the Girl Bands competition, and then play Rock Band with the winning team on stage. Afterwards, Aly & AJ will be at GameStop as their line of Girl Guitars go on sale for the first time. The first guitars sold will be autographed by the sisters.
Aly’s guitar features a heart-and-crossbones print in pink and brown, and AJ’s guitar is in the shape of the Aly & AJ heart logo featuring bright pink and purple zebra print. The guitar controllers can be used with the Wii and PS2 and are compatible with Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Since being introduced into the gaming market, music games have grown in popularity with females who now make up nearly half of the current players.

Lompoc, California (September 2008) – Singer, songwriter, performer and actress AJ Michalka has done it all but now she can add Youth Ambassador to her resume. AJ has been an avid horsewoman for as far back as she can remember so when she first heard about the plight of America’s wild horses she knew that she wanted to get involved and help these wonderful animals.
Recently AJ spent a weekend at Return To Freedom Sanctuary with the Sanctuary’s founder, Neda DeMayo and got “up close and personal” with more than a dozen of the 200 wild horses who now call RTF home. AJ was moved by the various herds, their unique traits and histories, which make up the Wild horse of today. AJ will be active in supporting the Sanctuary by raising awareness via personal appearances, fund raising events and school outreach programs.
Crossing over easily between music and acting, AJ has a co-starring role in the upcoming movie “The Lovely Bones,” based on the best-selling book of the same name. As a musician, she is one half of the Aly & AJ duo (Aly is her sister) and they were nominated for their first American Music Award in 2006. As songwriters, the duo contributed to such film soundtracks as “The Game Plan” and “Herbie Fully Loaded.” Aly and AJ are currently working on their new CD for Hollywood Records that will be released in early 2009.
